シャープ再建，３千億円出資の機構案で最終調整

　経営再建中のシャープは，政府系ファンドの産業革新機構から３０００億円程度の出資を受けるとともに，不振の液晶事業を分社化し，機構が大株主のジャパンディスプレイ（ＪＤＩ）と経営統合する再建案で最終調整に入った。

　この再建案では，産業革新機構がシャープ株式の過半を取得して経営権を握る。また，ＪＤＩへ融資し，シャープの液晶事業を早期に買収できるようにする。最終的にはＪＤＩとシャープの液晶事業を経営統合させる。


　シャープに対しては，台湾の鴻海精密工業が最大７０００億円程度の資金を提供する救済案を提示している。革新機構はすでに２０００億円程度の出資をシャープへ提案していたが、鴻海に対抗して大幅に引き上げた。

 Sharp Corp., which is undergoing fiscal restructuring, has entered the final stage of negotiations with Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ), a government-sponsored fund that proposes to inject about ¥300 billion of capital into the company．

Taiwan’s Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. had presented Sharp with a rescue plan that included up to ¥700 billion in capital injection. INCJ, which had previously offered Sharp ¥200 billion, raised the amount to counter Hon Hai’s proposal.
